Channel Manager
Based in Netherlands
Responsibilities:
·Responsible for channel development, optimization, operation; Service provider negotiation, communication, maintenance; Industry’s competition information acquisition;
·Collaborate with service providers in various countries;
·Cooperate with relevant departments and business group in HQ and European region. Contract evaluation and signing, IT system connection, etc.;
·Respond to the needs of business departments and application departments;
·Responsible for IT system connection of customs clearance. Standardize the channel information to HQ, business department and Groups; Process the routine and additional issues such as maintenance and claims.
Job requirements:
·Experience in procurement and channel related jobs with good communication and negotiation skills. Familiar with European customs rules, customs clearance and have the experience in the logistics industry will be a plus;
·Fluent in English (writing and speaking), Chinese will be a plus;
·At least 2 years of working experience in related fields;
·Excellent planning and time management skills with the ability to pioneer new ideas;
·Capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse set of internal and external partners;
·Open-minded, with the ability to adapt and learn actively to the fast-paced, fast-growing cross-border logistics industry.
