1. Brazil: min. size: 10*15cm, L+W+H≤90cm, longest side≤60cm;

2. South Africa: min. size: 10*10cm, L+W+H≤90cm, longest side≤60cm;

3. Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Ireland, Sweden: min. size: 10*20cm, max. size: 60*40*35cm

4. Size limit in Canada: length ≤2m, L+ perimeter of minimum surface ≤ 3m, cylindrical packing is not accepted;

5. Other countries: min. size: 10*15cm, max. size: 60*40*35cm

6. In principle, do not accept special-shaped parcels. To ship special-shaped parcels, additionally charge 150RMB/shipment

Canada: if volume weight is 2 times lower than actual weight, charge as per actual weight; if reach or exceed actual weight by 2 times, charge as per volume weight (volume weight: L*W*H/6,000)

Other countries: take actual weight and volume weight of package whichever is larger (calculation method of volume weight: L*W*H cm/8,000=KG)

Do not accept contraband such as infringing products, pure battery, liquid, powder, dangerous goods, gun and ammunition, etc. Built-in battery and supporting battery are accepted.

1. UK: do not accept cargos with declaration value exceeding 175USD. If declaration value reaches 20USD (including 20USD)~175USD, generated added-value tax will be charged as per 20% of declaration value

2. US: our company does not accept the cargos with declaration value exceeding 800USD. For the same recipient with same address, accumulative declaration value of cargos on the same day should not exceed 800USD

3. Other countries in Europe: do not accept the cargos with declaration value exceeding 163USD. If declaration value reaches 24USD (including 24USD)~163USD, generated added-value tax will be charged as per 25% of declaration value

4. Australia: do not accept the cargos with declaration value exceeding 1,000AUD. If declaration value reaches 1,000AUD (including 1,000AUD, generated added-value tax will be charged as per 10% of declaration value

5. South Africa: cargo name and declaration value should be declared truthfully. Do not accept the cargos with declaration value exceeding 30USD

6. Canada: customs clearance way is DDP by default at present and tax allowance is 20CAD. If declaration value of cargos exceeds 20CAD (15USD currently), duty will be produced. 30% of duty forward will be charged as per product value declared by customer. Attention:

①If declaration value of cargos exceeds 20CAD, indicate material when filling in declared product name such as plastic toys; otherwise, post office can not calculate duty and cargo transshipment will be delayed.

②Our company will make adjustments in time if remittance from USD to CAD changes greatly in future.

7. Brazil: DDU service. If added-value tax or duty is generated during customs clearance process, local customs will charge from recipient, so phone number and zip code of recipient must be filled, and accuracy of phone number should be ensured

1. This channel does not support return from abroad to HK.

2. This channel provides redelivery service:

1. UK: provide redelivery service and redeliver within UK (limited to UK), standards are as below:

1) If parcel is returned due to own reasons of customer (e.g. recipient is not at home, recipient refuses to accept, address is wrong or incomplete), redelivery fee is charged as per 40RMB/shipment

2) If parcel is returned not due to own reasons of customer (e.g. label wear or packing damage during transportation), our company will redeliver free.

3) Redelivery deadline is 1 month. In other words, customers can select redelivery within 1 month after informing the customers about return; if customers do not reply, the package will be destroyed by default after 1 month.

2. US: after the parcel is returned to overseas warehouse, customers can select redelivery within 15 days and redelivery fee is 30RMB/shipment. If it’s not redelivered, it will be automatically destroyed after 15 days

3. Other countries in Europe: provide redelivery service and standards are as below:

1) If parcel is returned to overseas warehouse, it can be redelivered within the country and redelivery fee is 50RMB/shipment.

2) Redelivery deadline is 2 weeks. In other words, customers can select redelivery within 2 weeks after informing the customers about return; if customers do not reply, the package will be destroyed by default after 2 weeks.

4. Canada: redeliver after the parcel is returned to our overseas warehouse. Redelivery fee will be charged correspondingly as per different weights of parcels. Redelivery deadline is 1 month. In other words, customers can select redelivery within 1 month after informing the customers about return; if customers do not reply, the package will be destroyed by default after 1 month.

6. Australia: redeliver within Australia after the parcel is returned to our overseas warehouse. Redelivery fee will be charged correspondingly as per different weights of parcels. Redelivery deadline is 2 weeks. In other words, customers can select redelivery within 2 weeks after informing the customers about return; if customers do not reply, the package will be destroyed by default after 2 weeks.

1. All countries: do not accept Amazon warehouse address

2. Canada: do not accept Amazon warehouse address

3. Poland: only 4 cities accept packstation addresses: Warsaw, Wroclaw, Poznan, Krakow

Max. size and weight limit of Packstation: 60×40×35cm and 25KG

Regular packing (bag or carton packing), do not accept irregular packing

Irregular packing types:

• Round, cylindrical or oval;

• Irregular shape (e.g. bulgy or sunk or damaged);

• Contain loose or overweight cargos or cargos with uneven weight distribution;

• Be put in a loose package;

• Irregular shape (internal cargos can move and gravity changes during transportation);

• Be marked with DHL“GÓRA” paster and “ATTENTION! NST ”

• Cargos require special services (fail to be sorted automatically or may damage other cargos when loading in warehouse);

• Contain liquid substances (barrel, can, drum, etc.)
