Administrative Assistant
Based in Netherlands (Business Travel required)
Responsibilities:
·Update MD 's working calendar; organize/coordinate meeting schedule; and prepare necessary documents for the meetings/events;
·Prepare minutes of meeting for meetings chaired by department manager upon request and ensure that it is distributed accordingly;
·Travel organization for MD and other VIP visitors: Book hotels, flights, transportation; do Reimbursement and prepare travel expense report;
·Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project;
·Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable;
·Order and maintain stationery and office supplies, operate office equipment and manage office space;
·Deal with purchasing requisitions and reimbursement documents;
·Other administrative tasks using independent judgment and discretion.
Job requirements:
·1-3 years’ relevant or related experience;
·Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills, Fluent in English and Mandarin is a must;
·Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team;
·Logical and structured approach to assessing, planning, and delivering projects;
·Agile mind set; ability to think outside the box.
