Digital Marketing Specialist  

Based in Netherlands

 

Responsibilities: 

·Develop, plan and execute digital programs and campaigns; including online advertising, website strategy and design, social media, mobile and deliverables aligned with business goals;

·Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence;

·Manage and coordinate digital projects end-to-end;

·Monitor, track, optimize & improve key SEO KPI’s for multiple platforms to fuel business growth;

·Advise and follow-up on continuous SEO improvement and marketing activities;

·Supports establishment of ROI and KPI’s, measure and report performance of marketing campaigns and assess against goals;

·Own and maintain site analytics, metrics, and campaign reporting;

·Coordinate the creation of digital content (e.g. website, blogs, press releases, videos, etc.);

·Proactively share new ideas to improve the customer online experience.

 

Job requirements:

·1 to 3 years working experience in Digital Marketing;

·Bachelor or Master in Business Administration, Marketing Management, Supply Chain Management or other related fields;

·Experience with content creation in online channels;

·Excellent communication and presentation skills;

·Good project management and coordination skills;

·Good skills with data handling and analysis;

·Understanding market dynamics and customer requirement in logistics sector;

·Experience with web design, SEO/SEA, Google AdWords, Google Analytics and CRM    tools is a plus;

·Highly motivated and self-starter;

·Fluent in English (Mandatory) and Chinese (Preferred).
